I highly recommend Advanced Restoration for water damage repairs. The guys were prompt and extremely professional. They were out here every day until the damage was completely resolved. I hope I don’t have to use a restoration company again, but if I do, they will be it!!!

Great company. Great response. And always available! I am a Realtor and have my next door neighbors’ home listed for sale. They live out of town, and so my husband and I are able to watch over the house. When a bathroom pipe burst and caused a small food, I wasn’t sure who to call at first. I looked online and found a list of companies. Although other companies may say they are available 24/7, when I called around, these guys were the only ones who actually answered the phone. They came out to the house very quickly, were very professional and they really did a great job. They were at the house consistently to check on the progress of their work — including weekends & late nights. They even worked directly with the insurance company regarding the issue. I will definitely recommend them in the future!

We are a struggling Mission based church heavily involved in children’s ministries. We recently had a terrible flood above our Sanctuary. Advanced Restoration came to our rescue! Upon learning about our programs such as, our camp for children in financially burdened families and our Holiday Center they decided to donate their services ($2000.00 donation)! The service professionals were here promptly and began our restoration within minutes of arriving. They arrived daily to check on the progression of our refurbishment. Our service professional was courteous, gracious and caring about our church and the quality of restoration. DON’T CALL ANYONE BUT ADVANCED RESTORATION. THEY ARE THE BEST BY FAR. I am a single mom and when my sewer backed up at 10pm and flooded my whole house, I had NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. They answered the phone immediately and were at my house within minutes. Jon made me feel safe and secure as soon as I opened the door. They had the mess cleaned up in no time and were the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Both of them were dressed very professional even how late it was. I felt like a HUGE weight had been lifted by them. They have no idea how grateful I am for helping us in our time of distress. I have told everyone I know about them and the excellent customer service they provide. They worked directly with my insurance and talked directly to the adjuster I never had to do a thing. My house is better than it was before the disaster and they completed the whole entire job including new carpet, flooring, and painting within days. Fantastic Customer Service. I had a flood from my toilet and after calling larger companies with no response, Advanced Restoration was on the line talking to us and had Josh out within an hour. The job was completed with professionalism and courtesy working around us pulling furniture out and with dogs under foot. I would recommend the company to anyone that needs damage services.

We had a water line burst in our home on a Fri evening around 9:30 PM. I contacted Advanced Restoration. They were at our home in about an hour. Jon was very professional and honest estimating the damage and they did a fantastic job of minimizing the damage and cleaning /drying out the water damage. I highly recommend them for any damage and restoration job you have. Thank you Advanced Restoration for taking care of us in our time of need.

Great company. They answered the phone immediately and were at my house in less than 45 minutes. Dressed professional and they knew their stuff. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about other restoration companies. Not this one….they are THE BEST. Offered to clean my carpets for FREE after the job was completed throughout my whole house. Not just the area affected. Thanks John and Josh.

Unbelievable Response Time and Service…Fast and Professional…Would highly recommend to anyone….when the sewer backed up at 11:30pm and covered our living room we almost lost our minds. Jon and company took great care of us and made us feel better as soon as they arrived.

After my toilet overflowed causing a flood, I called several places and this was to only one where I got a live person. They responded promptly, were very professional, and explained what they were going to do and why. I was extremely impressed with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.
